do you already have their perks?
because that changes the answer

Head on is a lot of fun so I’d go with Jane

If you're after perks, then go for Tapp (Detective's Hunch & Tenacity) or Adam (Deliverance & Diversion).
Dwight's perks are decent, but not really super interesting.
Jane has Head On, which is a lot of fun, but her other two perks are pretty underwhelming.

Personally by how often I use their perks
Dwight (bond) / Tapp (hunch) / Jane ( head on) and last Adam.

If you're playing solo que, Dwight first for bond. Next up is Adam for deliverance (Diversion and autodidact are really, really fun too). Jane next, because who doesn't love head-on, and then Tapp because his perks are pretty bad.

in that case...
dwight - if bond interests you. it's a great aura perk. (I like kindred more). [leader and proove thyself are good too, but if you play solo they aren't high priority]
tapp - if you have issues finding totems and/or gens. detective's hunch is a great information perk.
those are my first picks, in order.
Jane - I wouldn't grind her until later... all she has is head-on, and it's just a meme perk with very little game applications
adam - deliverance is pretty good, but I find that it rarely comes into play. someone comes pick you up 99% of the time. pebble is fun, but also a meme perk

Here is who I would grind out from top to bottom
Dwight (for bond and prove thyself)
Adam (for all of his perks)
Jane (for head on and solidarity is ok)
Tapp (for detective hunch and tenacity)

Dwight is the only one you listed with more than one truly useful perk, so I'd go with him first.
After Dwight it's honestly dependent on what other perks you've already unlocked. If you have Quick and Quiet from Meg then you should definitely go for Jane next.
Tapp would be next in line as his perks also have synergy (Tenacity and Unbreakable most notably.)
Last is Adam because even though his perks are useful to decent, they don't synergize with anything else really. I guess Deliverance and Decisive Strike, but you shouldn't really be unhooking yourself too close to the killer anyway. You can if you want to be toxic I guess?

Go for Adam. Yes his perks aren't meta, but they're fun to mess around with.
