Can't get T3 perks after level 50 if no teachables are unlocked??
Short version.. I have prestiged 3 Ace, and have been working my way though the post 50 bloodwebs gaining one skill per web. (Yes.. very expensive...) I just got the last perk I didn't have at T2.. and now I don't get the 4th perk option....
I had 2 at T3 before I hit 50 again.
Is this a bug or as intended?

I have never seen lvl 50 not show 4 perks but also never not bought the teachables because I wanted more chances at other perks to show up sooner if that makes sense.

Yep. Also bloodwebs past level 50 are bugged. They max out at 3 perks to choose from instead of the usual 4. It's not a huge deal I suppose, but I'll have to keep on eye on things to see if it stops letting me choose perks like it has for you.
How the hell does the bloodweb get bugged?

Did not know this but I guess I have only been using nurse and not my prestiged characters. My nurse is almost 50 again I'll have to check that out.

You can, as long as you don't gum up the bloodweb with your teachables. That looks bugged.
First I heard of this bug. Never had a 50+ bloodweb not have 4 perks unless I got all the perks already.

I'm p3 all perking up my Hag and Shape and they both had this bug last night. At first I was like, "wow I didn't think I was this close to finishing my Hag up" and sure enough I checked and I still had about 26 green perks to finish up. So maybe it was just a bug with the Hag?
Nope, spent a few on Mikey and the same thing come up again multiple times. Along with OP, my guess is the entity bugged up his bloodweb. Bummer.

I've had a similar bug myself where once I obtained all currently-unlocked perks at Tier 3 for a given character (in my case, the Pig), any of that character's teachables that I have not unlocked yet (by choice) will stop showing up in the bloodweb until I unlock another teachable perk for everyone. This has been bugged for me for over a year at this point.

It's a big deal if you one had the one perk to pick form.. :(

Those are teachables which are not the same as the perks themselves, getting the teachable means you can get that perk on other characters and they appear at set levels and will continue to appear every level until you get them.
the only bug here is at level 50 only 3 perks are shown instead of 4.
edit: just realized ace was p3 did you just not get the teachables??

I've never seen anyone try to duck teachables so badly they got all the way top P3 / 50 without them. :P

When the 4 options where there, after I hit 50 again, I didn't ever get the option of T3 perks. I had all the unlocked perks, and I put them all up to T2 apart from two perks that were available at T3 before I hit 50 for the last time.
It was expensive, but worth it to keep the lack luster perks polluting my nice clean blood webs ;-)

ive had a very similar issue a short while ago on Nurse.
once you obtain every perk at lvl 2, the game is unable to create a 4th Perk in your bloodweb.
apparently this is due to the rarity of T3 perks being Very Rare and the game not being able to create more than 3 very rare items at a time.
though i havent seen this happen with Teachables blocking further Perk progress - do they do that every bloodweb? or could it be that you just got extremely unlucky and 3 out of 3 possible perks ended up being reachable this one time?
i am pretty sure this is not intended btw.
