The nerfed DS should be possible to use after each unhook

The DS currently can be used only once.
After the nerf I think it should be buffed to be able to use it multiple times, after each unhook. It is really just an anti tunnel perk after the nerf, so it should prevent tunneling after each unhook.

On the contrary, it should also be disabled when a survivor in chase heroically jumps into a locker in front of the killer's face.

If you are a ######### looper, I understand why you feel this way. But that would be way too strong on competent loopers.
Just save it for after second hook and hope the gens are done by then.
I like to think of it this way. If you're getting tunneled every hook, do you really want to stay longer in that match anyway?

Update: I got a reply from the Devs and they confirmed that this will be added in the new chapter release.

Why would that help loopers at all? There is no point in chasing someone who can't do anything for one minute...

That is a smart point. But if a killer is going to tunnel, they are going to chase the dude off the hook. Then he jumps in a locker at 50 seconds and loops another minute. And twice a game, for each decent looper. No thanks

Forgot to mention, that hiding in locker will also deactivate the DS.

DS would still be way to strong in endgame that way, hooked somebody when the gates are open and wanted to secure a kill? tough luck

If you're tunneled and DS helps you get away, you've potentially bought yourself an escape, or at least another chase of 30+ seconds, or in total 2 chases at 15-30+ seconds is more than a minute of the killer's time wasted. That's very strong.
As a side note on potential abuse of the proposed functionality: imagine the games where all survivors would wear the same outfit, and you couldn't ever keep track of who is who. They could give killers a timer on their screen, next to the persons image, letting them know when their DS goes away.
