Did the Blight pause menu bug not get fixed?

For anyone who doesn't know: pausing the game while rushing as Blight causes you to come to a dead halt. Unpausing lets you continue the rush from where you stopped.
I thought this got reported and fixed, but I can't find any mention of it on the forums now.
