Cant block specific crossplay users

What to add in the description


Example


step 1

load game


step 2

join game and play round


step 3

click on crossplatform player in scoreboard


Step 4

Select Block


Step 5

click on same players name


Step 6

See block is unchanged


Step 7

See same toxic player in next match


Step 8

Disconnect in rage


Step 9

Be penalised for attempting to resolve the frustration yourself seeing as game wont

    blocking player means they cant friend you in game

    Blocking a player in DbD does not mean that you won't be matched with them again - it's a block of friend requests not of matchmaking.

    There is no way to prevent a player from matching in with you.

    That seems daft.


    There is no way to prevent a player from matching in with you.

    That seems dishonest, or at least actively deceptive. There are player IDs, yes? Then preventing IDs from matching with others should be possible.


    Is there anything BHVR actually do to discourage a toxic game environment?
