De-Pip bug back again?

Is this back again? I just played and I was supposed to get 1 pip but didn't get any. Meanwhile 1 of my friends supposed to have no deduction on his pip but he got minus 1 in his pip and got demoted. This is after that server issue yesterday.

    Seems to still be a thing but also seems to adjust to where it needs to be after a game or two, usually.
