Tilt. Don't really know what to say πŸ˜…

I understand that killer has a huge gap vs survivor an vise versa. I don't mind losing even when the game is buggy but it's another thing when your trying to learn a new killer or learn anything new and the opposing side decides to be extremely toxic or entitled gameplay and chat wise. Any advice for people like me or others who get tilted an how to refrain one self. Just looking for advice after playing nurse against cocky toxic swf πŸ˜…

If you are on pc I would advise closing the chat box, and just trying to learn from mistakes, so you know what to do differently in your next matches

Don't play killer that's the best advice you can get.

Honestly just try your best to not let it bother you and keep playing. But if it is really getting to you then just go wait by the exit gate and watch YouTube on your phone until the gens are done. If people are going out of the way to make the match miserable then they can't be surprised if you don't want to keep playing. Besides you can either continue and get really annoyed and not want to play anymore or you can just chill on your phone and then be ready to go into the next match when you're done.

I suppose you could just stop playing in a match you feel people are being toxic.

E.g. you get into a first chase, someone drops a pallet and teabags you and begins clicking a flashlight.

You could just go stand in a corner, or just literally leave the computer for a bit. Come back in 5-10 mins they'll have done gens and probably left.

It's sort of a victory as you've wasted their time and refuse to participate in a game if they're going to act like that. It's better than getting riled up, being too frustrated to play, which results in more teabagging, and hence more frustration. It's a vicious cycle and you can bow out of the game to prevent it.

When you are playing with people who are better than you but clearly non-toxic, enjoy being beaten in a courteous manner and learn from your mistakes.

I take the "revenge is sweet" approach. If it's a toxic group then my objective isn't to win anymore, it's to frustrate them the way they try to frustrate me. Camp and tunnel hard, hit them on the hook. Watch them rage after the game. Its why I've been on a Leatherface spree recently, he's really good at punishing toxic players.

I don't want to be toxic myself and I don't mind losing I just don't like when it's out of my control or I'm obviously learning someone or on a specific map an the opposing side decides to go the extra mile to rub it in :( but thank you all thou for some good advice and tips!

Don't even look at chat, if you get anxious about it.

Hmm, about new killer, just try things and let things go. Make a hit or two to be your goal, or to a succesful use of your power and just go. Let the things that are happening around you to just happen and understand it's out of your control, that gives me peace of mind when trying a killer I have no idea what I'm doing with.

Don't punish yourself too hard for making mistakes, and try to focus on the good things you managed to accomplish during the match.

And if you can't, maybe it's better stick around with the things you're used to.

And bring fun perks, if you have any. Whenever I try nurse on my ps4, I equip lightborn and pretend I'm evading the flashlight when they try to blind me. It's fun hahaha
