Hillbilly Alt move speeds

I know that Hillbilly is a 115% killer that can move up to 230%. However, what is his speed while revving up the Chainsaw, and while in cooldown after missing or hitting a survivor? Not referring to clank move speed which is 0m/s. Thank you for your time.

    He moves at 100% speed when revving a chainsaw last time I checked. I believe his missing and hitting speed are the same as other killers hitting and missing, which is 86.25%.
