Since we have a kpop idol as a killer, why not having an American one? Or if it goes too off the proposal of horror, a legendary Lady Gaga skin for Yun-Jin Lee. Why not, I would love that, Lady Gaga has one thousand of exotic and pretty outfits.

No real life persons as characters.
those we do have only take the appearance of the persons, but the characters of the show (Steve, Nancy, Ash). Other licensed chars don’t even try to use the likeness of the actors.

Gross, I'd rather give it to nurse instead. Legion comes off as emo scene edge lords that would reject anything from pop culture but still listen to Green Day and Marilyn Manson.
For example, Suzy ( or whatever idk their names) listens to the pretty reckless and makes fun of Jane moreno because she's basically the Khloe Kardashian of this game. Especially when she wears her sunglasses and cheap bottle blonde hair with over grown roots skin.
Legion could never live up to a Bad Romance status, they are in the region of Billy eyelish and any other "artist " that can only perform asmr and advertise that as singing for a living.
Gorgeous, give nurse that wig and bow with a black suit esque dress with pointy shoulders and that's another $10-$15 dollars worth of cosmetics.
