New Cosmetic overlay?

Wouldn't it nice to be able to put your p3 blood on other cosmetics or the anniversary crown and even the legacy effect as well?
Have a new cosmetic overlay section, where you can select your charms and outfits.
Just something I think everyone would like.

The Crown should be have been Charm that puts a Halo over you

Well that's the idea, you would initially obtained that crown piece for the default head cosmetic. Then if you want it for different headset you can buy it through shards? But more simple method would just make it as a overlay piece that would take its own slot.
