It always makes me question why bother d/cing at that point

It doesn't change anything for anyone except the person DCing. Survivors have already lost their teammate, you got the kill..
They lose their bloodpoints & get a short queuing ban.

Right might as well dc on first hook if you're that salty. The reason is i think i tunneled that guy which i feel bad about. But still no reason to dc.

I take those as ultra wins. I like to imagine them throwin their controller or pounding their keyboard. I hit the report button anyways lol

I always wonder when I see it...does this guy think he showed me? Wow I will be careful not to piss him off again. Phew!

I dont even bother trying to get them banned tbh if they wanna cry and dc let them
1 -
Ha, you dont get the kill, instead I'm gonna give you a similar amount of blood points AND give myself a dc penalty, that'll show 'im!

The guy should've suicided on first or second hook if he was that salty he could've avoided the dc penalty but nah he decided to take the bad way

Or he could've just killed himself to avoid the dc penalty but hey i rather have someone suicide than dcing.

DC on third hook will never not be hilarious

I'm embarrassed for people who DC on third hook lol

Its confusing for me cuz i always wonder why they do this they died what's the point? You're not ruining the killer's points or the survivor's all you are doing is showing the team as well as the killer that you're a little #########.
I never understand a dc on 3rd hook its probably because they dont bother getting the small amount of bps so they throw the towel

It is still lame to do, the time a killer could hook that last person means that a generator (probably the last one) could be finished before the killer goes straight to it, but a DC will just immediately rob you of extra time. It isn't as bad, but still sort of lame.

Im talking about when a survivor dcs on 3rd hook why do they dc at this point?

All that person did was cost themselves everything they had earned up to that point. It didn't inconvenience the other Survivors or the Killer. So, I suppose if someone WANTS to lose what they have earned and get a Ban, power to them.

Its still a ######### move to do but hey if the team survived cuz of your dc then good for you i would've stayed

Dc is always a bs move. Whining Survivors that just want to deny points/kill cause they're not able to best you.

as they say if your not cheating your not trying lol

If you're gonna DC, it had better be after you're already on the 3rd hook and you're dying. Any time before that, you save the killer so much time having to pick you up and hook you. No, because of your selfish baby decision to DC prematurely, he gets a huge momentum lead and time lead on the other players.

Yeah why the hard tunnel bro

I think its funny when a huntress uses iri head and infantry belt, I've had multiple games where at the first down 3 people immediately dc and the 4th gets the hatch, she ends up with like 4k points. That's how you teach a lesson about using op bs addons.

That's my favorite version of huntress to vs. Honestly wish I wouldn't have to deal with teammates like that so I could enjoy those games. Dc needs a way to detect when players do it after a down/hook and a time increase.

Oh yeah what's so fun about that? because everyone else on earth hates it. It's fine if the huntress sucks, but that's not usually the case.

I like that she requires you to take a more attentive approach and respect her presence, compared to the mindless rush tactic to make her miss and teabagging a wall like Whack a mole. I find teammates are less likely to throw the match with bad altruism when killers are genuinely an immediate threat.
Mostly I just enjoy the challenge

I was playing the other day as Freddy, i had hooked two and they Disconnected ( Disco ) as i like to call it. while the other i had killed on hook. there was only one survivor left, bless her. i decided to let her go to the hatch since i was feeling like a nice Freddy and i know what i feels like as a survivor when your team all leaves you :(

The only time DC on last hook is when i have to go do something quickly OR if ive had enough dbd for one day and just want to get out of the game as fast as possible lol. I dont mind the minor dc penalty because im coming off to play something else

Dcing on first hook doesn't bother me as much as killer, but bothers me much more as survivor.
Dcong on last hook doesn't bother me as survivor, but is super frustrating as killer. Dcong on last hook especially should give players a ban and repeat offenders long bans and if it continues to happen permanently banned imo.

Just played a match where an Ash, who'd been relentlessly teabagging me at every pallet he could all game, DCed on death hook when I caught him at the open exit gate just before he would have gotten out. The little extra time I saved then allowed me to get another injured survivor down JUST before THEY could get out at the same gate, snagging me two kills instead of just one. Love it when a sore loser like that helps the killer by dragging someone else down with them. 🙄

DCing on final hook doesn't make all that much difference. Killer still got three hooks out of you, and even gets a quitters bonus.
You however get nothing out of that match even though you almost certainly did enough to get a few thousands BP.

Id also say dcing when about to be hooked for final hook is what upsets me most as killer.

You are wasting your time with the reports, if someone disconnets they get a matchmaking ban for a certain time, so they Devs won't punish them further over the report system:
1 -
How is it frustrating as a killer that someone dc on 3rd hook
0 -
Later I specified that it's frustrating as you are about to hook them (mid animation for example) you score less than a real hook and your hook based perks don't trigger because someone dcs. Early on it sucks not having a hook perk trigger but you still quickly go down to 3 survivors where as someone dcing as you are about to hook only gives you negatives

I only DC on first hook when I know the match is lost or if I'm getting camped. No point in playing when that happens.
I don't see why you'd DC on last hook because you'd be out of the match anyway.
