Myers hacker ? Or legit

I was in a game with someone playing as myers.

He had something on that let him run at the speed of legion while holding someone on his shoulders. The wiggle progression was almost nothing as he ran around the map with us on his shoulders. Took a very very long time to wiggle.

While on his sholder He had a perk to let him swing over and over but once he hit us there was no delay he could swing instantly again. No wipe of the blade or delay like there should be and he got us down pretty quick.

After the match there was no rank screen or to view the bloodpoints earned. It kicked us all back to the lobby instantly.

I have some footage in game that I will post later tonight.

Was this a hacker or can it be explained as a bug with the scoreboard and the perks he had on ?
