How do some toolboxes have 80 charges?

I've noticed a streamer I watch (Ayrun) has tool boxes with 80 charges and another item he had (I think it was another toolbox or med kit) had 160 charges.
The most I've seen on a tool box and med kit is 32. I've tried finding out what's up with this but everyone just talking about it casually.
I'm confused.

Toolboxes were significantly nerfed last year
If you look up the DBD wiki and look at the old versions of toolboxes, you'll see they had a huge amount of charges
Are you watching older videos on his channel by chance?

Toolboxes had a immense amount of charges, enough for one generator, by patch 3.6.0, the Toolbox charges (and every other toolbox) were nerfed cause of the problem of gen speeds.
