Evil Within not charging

Sometimes survivors will have a red aura and evil within does not charge anymore. Last match there were only 3 survivors left and evil within would not charge with any of them. Not the first time this has happened. Did not see a limit mentioned in the ability tool tip.

If the Survivors have the red aura instead of white, that means they've already been stalked and you've reached your limit on how much you can stalk them.

    If their aura is red you already reach the limit and you can't stalk them anymore.
