when you fixing Hit boxes?
so uhh just curious. When you going to fix the hit boxes on killers... Been a major issue again for quite a few months.
Just wondering how long I should wait. Another 3 months for new content to roll out?
Another 6 for other new content to roll out
A year?
Should I just uninstall the game until its fixed?
Asking for my friends too.
Like this issue shouldn't be an issue for this long... If you are putting time into new content this issue shouldn't even be close to being an issue for this long....
Like how do you feel good about having your game go this long with such a game breaking issue? I just can't comprehend it...

I think what you mean to be aimlessly raging against is wireless connection, not hitboxes. Hitboxes have remained pretty much the same (and have been improved) from the very beginnings of the game. Latency is what will cause unfortunate hits, especially after dedicated servers were introduced.

uhh noo. They have not improved. They have dramatically gotten worse again after being somewhat decent sometimes.
If you are referring to me about playing on wireless no... I do not play wireless..
I am wired in at 300 download and 185 download and 40 upload... so ... nice try?

Hitboxes have been proven to be working as intended. They are fine.
If you want to try to reduce latency issues, be my guest. If you look at ANY popular competitive game, there are complaints of latency issues. If you'd like to build BHVR more servers and then invent lightspeed internet to eradicate latency and lag, go for it.
Stop complaining about hitboxes, they are completely fine.
Complain about the desync and bad latency.

Again, the hitboxes are fine.
If you are having problems with desync and lag, join the club, there's not much to be done about it

The Desyc is making the hitbox issue a problem. Its all connected. Yeah there is lots to be done about it. How come other games dont have issues like this. Like we are in year 2021. There is lots that can be done. Do you see this issue with other games this bad? No... Maybe games in Alpha. This game functions like an Alpha yet its been released for quite a few years now. A fundamental problem like this shouldn't exist still. Either you are a casual player and you suck at the game and you are okay with that or you don't know very much about video game programming or video game functions in general. This is a major issue that requires fixing or this game will die and people will stop playing out of inevitable frustration. I am not the only one annoyed with this reoccurring issue.

I'm actually studying programming right now, so I do know quite a bit. I've also been at Rank 1 on both sides for 2 years now.
I do actually see this issue in other games. Most of the time, people call it lag and, despite that being a gross simplification, they are mostly correct. You hear about it all the time in games like COD, Battlefield, Overwatch and CS:GO. You can't eliminate it.
There is a certain speed limit that you reach when you are talking about sending data. The Dedicated Servers try to compensate for the difference in time between your connection --> the server <------ the Killer. Clearly, you didn't play the game before Dedicated Servers because it was MUCH worse.
Again, if you have any plans of going into engineering, feel free to design a new high speed cable that eliminates lag, the world will thank you. If not, please stop insulting people who offer a different point to your own, it hurts your argument.

Doubtful. It is not as prevalent in other games. I have played a lot of different games. This is not an issue with most well flushed out games. This game plays like an Alpha, yet its been out for years. Nothing more to say. The desync should not be this bad or this consistent. Killer is super easy mode right now because of how bad the desync is. Lots of people are complaining in videos about this problem. It's never been this bad. So stop trying to justify it. Good for you to study programming. Looks like you have quite a bit to learn still then, because this isn't a huge issue in most games. Let me know when you find a fix for the game. Congrats on a conversation going no where.

I'm trying to help you understand where I'm coming from and what I am seeing. It truly feels as if you do not read anything I say, you merely skim it and decide whether or not I was agreeing with you.
I, too, have played MANY different games. In fact, I've played so many games that I'll send some links to posts talking about near the same issue.

These are all threads on lag or desync in different popular games. This is just from me skimming Google. I have only included COD, Overwatch, Siege and Fortnite, as they are all fairly popular and have both casual and competitive scenes. I didn't want to say this, but I am almost positive your connection is poor. It describes all of the issues you are facing.
Many players have issues with some occasional lag or desync, but none so frequent or severe as what you have described. This leads me to believe that the issue is on your end, not on BHVR's. The only reason this conversation has gone nowhere is because of your inability to accept any idea other than your own. I have tried to be patient and understanding, whilst still explaining the issue, but it appears you simply want an echo chamber and for people to say "Yeah, you're right, we totally agree with you OP." I am not that person, nor will I ever be that person.
I have explained the best I can, despite being insulted and bashed for daring to present a different argument. I have done all I can, have a good day/night.
