WHISPERS BUFF - NOT ACTIVATING WHEN THE SURVIVOR IS ON THE HOOK
If we want to locate a survivor who is near a hook with other survivor, we cant do it, because whispers also locate the survivor on the hook

Whispers has no counter from the survivors side. So I’m fine with this staying as is since the person on the hook obviously isn’t dead yet.

That's...the point. you're supposed to leave the hook to find survivors.

No, whispers is already a very good perk killers experienced with using it can determine survivors locations by just seeing how long the icon/whispers last.

That wouldn't even make sense from a logical standpoint. That person on the hook is still a person and they aren't dead...

BBQ and Chili fulfills this need by telling you if anybody is within 40 meters of the hook.

Use Iron Maiden so you’ll always know if someone ever exits a locker.

The survivor doesnt need to be in a locker, can be a stealthy survivor near the hook in a bush or something

That's the last thing we need.
If you're struggling to find the last survivor before he gets the hatch, why don't you slug the 3rd survivor?

That suggestion is as bad as it was back then.
As an avid fan of whispers, No! That would make it broken in cases you wouldn't want to be in the game in the first place.
It is a great early and late game detection perk with some uses mid game. It also has no counters from survivors to begin with. It is perfectly fine the way it is.

This. However there's a good point in here for disabling it when someone is hooked... Disable Whispers FOR THE KILLER when the killer is within 24 meters of a hooked survivor.
