Damn you BHVR why you always make random totem hex is easily predicted. Renew your code of random totem spawn, do you have a good engineer or BHVR just lazy to make a better coding..... -_-

I actually think totems are in a pretty good spot now. They're a lot harder to see and it's very possible to overlook them even when you know where they spawn.

Of course there are still some really really bad spawns next to generators but there are also really good ones like the one that spawns in the bamboo on the broken wall loop at Yamaoka. Maps like Lery's, Midwich and the Saloon can be hell and a half trying to find totems as well.

Sometimes you get good spawns and sometimes you get bad ones which is how I think it should be.

Sometimes hex totems are hard to miss against the background. Id like it if instead of glowing orange they pulsated black mist kinda like the hatch. Make you do a double take to make sure it's a hex. Just a thought

This why totems need Undying to even be used. Their spawns just plain suck.

Totems locations are predictable because players learned where they could spawn.

You can do the better totem spawn locations, people will just learn where are the spawn places. There is no solution to that. OR you rework Hexes, OR you let them as they are.

Think that if the killer could place the hex totem it would be too op? (barring the basement)

whenever im searching for a totem for my inner strength, i run across the entire map like a chicken with its head cut off.

they've actually upped there game on making them more hidden by changing the way they look and some of the spawns i've seen lately have been nutty. if you play this game enough, you learn the spawns though. there's not really a fix for that. they come up with new spawns pretty frequently though. suck it up idk.

well ill ask again...what if killers placed hex totems? what do you think?

hm. i think that could be okay.

the biggest problem i could see with it is killers placing it in an area where they're gonna hard force a 3-gen. i've played against a very good amount of killers who will force a 3-gen right from the get go on certain maps. i play solo q and i absolutely hate when killers do that because i usually don't have teammates who are smart enough to see what's happening.

that is the only issue i could think of with it, idk if anyone else has brought up anything different that would make it a problem.
