Now that the dust has finally settled and he's been out for awhile, do you think his ability to negate Borrowed Time and Decisive Strike is fair?

I have mixed feelings about it. On one side, it's annoying to bring perks that the killer can just ignore, not only BT and DS, but We're Gonna Live Foverer too. On the other side, it's part of the killers power and makes the survivors be more careful, so they don't get tormented and sent to a cage.

It is fair mostly. Him getting a notification when someone is rescued is just bs. Also perks like WGLF should work on those.

It is completely fair, because Pyramid Head completely gives up the ability to snowball on hooks if he does this and guarentees that you will be insta-unrescued.

The entire point of these perks is to prevent killers snowballing on you, by definition PH is not tunneling you if you get hit after being rescued half way across the map from him. Especially because if he IS in the area the cage will teleport out so if he comes in to interrupt your rescue you can just leave and wait a few seconds to get a better opportunity.

You get teleported as far away from him as possible, and his basic counterplay makes tormenting impossible in the first place.

It is fair IMO. It forces survivor to make better decisions as to when to save and how to save, and encourages interesting plays. Good survivors will figure out what to do, bad survivors will come to the forums and complain that PH is OP.

It's fair enough. The Survivor who wants to use DS or be saved with BT has to make a choice of crossing the trail and losing those perks, or avoiding it and going where the Killer wants them to go. But unlike the Plague's ability to negate major game mechanics or perks, PHead's negation is far from unavoidable.

Negating hook perks also works on the survivor side on PH's case. With his cage, he can't use PGTW, Dying Light, Make Your Choice, Devour Hope, Huntress Lullaby and so on...
