Kindred is so op, is not it?

That is unfair for killer mains. Game is already so much survside. You are putting someone on hook (Doing your job well) and that perk punishing you for that. Survivors can see your aura, so they will know where are you going. And they can see each other auras. Maybe nerf? Time limit or remove killer's aura.

    Absolutely not

Though I will say the moment I see kindred in post game lobby after a Trapper game on more than one survivor I feel a bit of my soul leave my body.

    (Not because I camp but because any traps I set up nearby for later are gonna be known of and/or disarmed ;-;

Just think you are playing as Ghostface, Trapper. Trapper's trap will go to useless because all survivors will see where he is trapping. Ghostface cant stalk because other survivors will see where he is crouching. How fair? Killer's aura must go, that is all. That perk using because of coordinate for solo survivors. So it need to work for that.

I am new as Ghostface. I am learning him. He is different from my other mains (Myers, Freddy and PH). And he is kinda hard.

For Trapper, he is not my main. I just playing as him for some challange missions. And he is also hard.

    1. As trapper you really shouldn't be trapping so close to the hooked survivor in the first place, cause even though they are on hook doesn't mean they don't have eyes or ears
    2. Ghostface shouldn't shroud directly in front of the hooked survivor either as thats gonna get him revealed by the hooked survivor

"While you are on the Hook, all Survivor Auras are revealed to all Survivors.

If the Killer is within a range of 8/12/16 metres, their Aura is also revealed to all Survivors.

While any other Survivor is on the Hook, all Survivor Auras are revealed to you.

If the Killer is within a range of 8/12/16 metres, their Aura is also revealed to you."

    • "The Ghost Face can be revealed by Survivors within a range of 32 metres him by default."

These are pulled straight from the wiki, if you are shrouding infront of the hooked survivor they will reveal you anyways, saying Kindred is OP even though the perk is used only in solo queue is nerfing solo queue for absolutely no reason

    No it is not.

    Also

It is fun with open handed.

The only time Kindred starts to get crazy is when all four survivors bring open handed as it stacks with kindred. Otherwise it is totally fine

Drop the camping strategy and you don't have to worry about being watched.

    The perk is fine.

Well, this is a new one.

Why do you care if your aura is shown within 16m? You're essentially camping at that point, even if you're just outside of range for aura. Go chase a different survivor and aura reading won't be an issue.

Kindred helps solo players make some educated decisions without the need of being on a SWF.

If you put Ghostface in stealth mode then Kindred doesn't show his aura. Killers with the Undetectable status have their auras hidden.

Your main concern there is the person on the hook can reveal you.

If you -really- need to camp near the hook, Insidious will hide you because, as I said, Undetectable hides your aura

    (Or you can play Wraith)

Spend more time in this game and watch some videos on it before you judge, many players with few hours will announce something as strong, truly not so in reality, don't camp and they won't see you.

"Bitter Murmur is so unfair. It punishes survivors for doing their objective. Killer can see their auras and knows where they are going"

In case this isn't bait, I'll say this:

If you worry about that type of info, and don't need to go somewhere directly next to the hook, take a weird route. Don't go straight there, go off to the side somewhat till you feel out of range.

Or even if running BBQ face one survivor when leaving, but when out of range swap targets.

it is not. kindred is a good perk for solo. in swf tho, there is no need since they can use comms.

I completely agree with this myself. Also, playing solo without Kindred is just miserable.

This isn't even good bait. Kindred is one of the healthiest Survivor perks out there, especially for solo Survivors. I would support making it basekit, in fact. Don't want them to see you? Get away from the hook, problem solved.

It’s a lot more powerful than people realize. However its the good kind of powerful.

It makes the game more tolerable for solo survivors who have it rough. Also as killer it doesn’t feel like a kick in the face like old DS did, or mettle of man, or DH for distance. It doesnt suck the fun out of the game for you by stunning you or neutralizing your power or undoing your mindgames, you dont even notice it.

Also swf all have free kindred info anyway so its not like this perk puts you at a disadvantage if a solo runs it because you’re basically playing against it in a swf game anyway.

    Kindred is a good perk.

No things SWFs can abuse is OP. Solo survivors needs perks like this and more. Killer can be buffed in other ways so can solo perks also get buffed.
