I legit forgot that plague exists
I played today a few rounds when in my last round there was a plague. I forgot that this killer exists to be real. I think the last time I played against her was 6 months ago? And the last video I saw from her maybe 5 months ago. Why is nobody playing her? Is she so bad ur unfun to play as?

She has a different playstyle and some dont like it that survivor can deny your power. (Except that default fountain)
She is a decent killer. Not one of the strongest but not one of the weakest.
But her puke has sometimes a weird hit registration and that can be annoying.

Simply because she is in a DLC requires real money and she sucks balls when nobody gives u fountain and pallet stun destroy her power is just insane. Imagine u go across the map to get your power and get stuned and lose your power.

Weak, poor design implementation, survivors control your power.
I love Plague thematically but she just has a slew of issues that need reworking.

Survivors controlling your power is pretty bad design. Killer is already the less desired role and generally is seen as less fun, but then the Plague is at the mercy of survivors.

As a Plague main, she is not weak and her design is probably one of the better designs in the game and she's just plain fun. She's no where near the strongest but she's definitely in the middle.

FYI: good survivors won't get hit by a M1 killer with no power if u r good enough to match up with them

Middle tier in DBD is weak. Mid tier means you rely on significant amounts of mistakes from survivors to win. Relying on survivor mistakes is nothing that I would categorize as "strong". Your win condition relies on how well the survivors play.

With good mind games you can hit survivors pretty consistently. Also you get one red fountain base and apples can increase this

That's no true. Mid tier is overpowered in low and mid ranks and underpowered in tier 1 red ranks which makes up about 3.8% of the player base.

She's super fun to play as but has much of the problems of a standard M1 killer; she doesn't have the speed or mobility to pressure. This wouldn't be so bad if her barfing was consistent but it's pretty common to barf all over people but it either hit the rock they're next to somehow or it just plain doesn't work (I've had the survivor grunt like they were hit but were not infected).
She's fun so I still play as her but she's an OK killer at best in terms of being able to compete

You do not determine how good a killer is based on low and mid tier ranks. You base them on good vs good players.
Almost every single game balances from the top down and there's a good reason.
Clown slaughtering a bunch of rank 20's over and over doesn't mean Clown is strong, it means those survivors are terrible. This is cause and correlation.

I have no idea. I tried to learn plague, but the Survivor groups I was facing were too quick for me to feel comfortable coming to grips with her kit. Going to try again when the mmr change goes Into effect.

Yeah the ranks are a whole other issue as well. That's why I typically say good vs good instead of rank 1 since rank 1 is a mess right now and has been for a long time.

She's a so so killer that either keeps people injured or feeds you a ranged attack but she feels clunky and awkward to me. I do enjoy playing her from time to time but she's kinda like playing as legion, It can be fun but for the most part you're just dragging out games forever or getting gen rushed to oblivion with a couple "normal" matches here and there.

I feel most people don't like playing her because either survivors don't cleanse all game which makes her into a pure m1 killer which is super boring, or they cleanse at optimal times and locations (corner of maps or near finished gens) and easily evade corrupt purge because it's buggy as hell.
