Laurie Strode, is finally getting a makeover.
If the Halloween license has been renewed until the next event, I would be proud, because Laurie Strode I think, will have a good makeover. This is gonna be cool. I hate how that other licensed survivor like: Detective Tapp, and Quentin Smith, don't look like themselves in the actual movie as I think of. Hey... at least they are making the Halloween DLC map and the characters have a makeover and the a little tweaks to Michael Myers. Who's ready for this to happen?

I don't know honestly... They purposely made Laurie and Quentin that way so they didn't have to pay for the likenesses of those 2 actors. I really doubt they're just going to randomly decide to pay extra money to change their faces. The last time they renewed the licenses it was to make cosmetics for Myers and Laurie so hopefully we get some more.

License renewal just means they can continue offering the Halloween DLC.
Unless something was negotiated, things are staying the same.

I dont think theyll make Laurie resemble Jamie Lee Curtis because that would be extra money to pay, but who knows?, the renewed license probably means they will continue to offer Halloween chapter and MAYBE a new round of cosmetics if they reached an agreement.

There's no information about the contents of the license renewal but keep in mind the licenses dbd has are most likely perpetual (need to be redone). People place too much faith in leaks like the one about the new killer/survivor being lgbt. I would not assume anything to not be disappointed or even worse frustrated the leak/speculation was wrong.
