Are some killers not worth learning teachables?
Been playing killer more and can't think of any reason to get Wraith, Huntress, Pig, Freddy, Or Shapes teachable perks. I have BW from Freddy and MYC from Pig from shrine. Does anyone get any decent usage out of these perks?

Not a big fan of play with your food except for a super specific tombstone build. Save the best for last is such a fantastic snowball perk for killers like freddy, wraith and pig. Dying light is insane with a mori.
when i first saw stbfl i didnt see it said succesful attack cooldown instead of missed like unrelenting when i realized what is was i felt like an idiot immediately used it and i love how fast you can attack

Rancor and remember me are the best ones since they have more objective counter play in them.

ds doesent save them from a mori though

wraiths perks are useless. They are crutches for new players. Just look at them
Predator: I haven't had a problem seeing scratch marks since my first week playing this game
Bloodhound: Same with blood...Also Sloppy Butcher does it better, and I don't have to grind the wraith for it.
Shadowborn: Arguably the only semi-useful perk. and even so, a field of view range isn't that useful. Kinda useful for 360's if you don't know how to deal with them, but it wont really help you see hiding survivors better, their hiding from the red stain, and this perk makes it bigger.
The others are situational and useful for playstyles. They might not be the best perk in the world, but if you hate exit gates, remember me is an ok perk. so on and so on. Mostly those perks are "quick fixes" for gameplay issues. Issues that if you know how to avoid, you can avoid them, except on bad games.

Cant play freddy without it imo. Actially made my freddy viable at rank 1 albeit with some survivours utterly crushing me. Remeber me, blood warden, noed and a perk of your chosing are fun perks for end game builds. Very unreliable and easy to count er but its nice to get a beautiful blood warden survivour scare moment.
yeah freddy's individual perks are tailored for him, I wonder if doc could use them though. Remember me could also be good for wraith and pig since they are good for tunneling 1 survivor.

Contrary to what you might think Freddy is best played with perks that help him throughput the game. endgame perks are by their very nature very unreliable. Fun meme build definitely. In general you want to run ruin, stbfl, sloppy butcher and bbq/bambozle.
Remember me is really good as you don't necessarily need to kill the obsession just keep em away from the gate either hooked or injured. Pig can always save a few traps for late game if you want to keep them in hell a lot of survivors will do anything to buy there friend some time doing a box might get you another survivors trapped happened to me at rank 1 vs a twitch swf group turned a one k into a 3 k. Do be careful about perks like remember me and blood warden often weak killers want to draw out the game instead of drawing out the late game where the exit will always be their. Doc for instance can be very frustrating with sloppy butcher etc.
Minus surveillance every perk can have some fun cool builds and with devs reworking so many perks surveillance might get a rework that dramatically improves it the same way stbfl went from trash tier being one of the best m1 killer snowball perks.

It all depends on which killer(s) you prefer to play and your play style and preferences. Personally, I get a lot of use out of Pig’s make your choice as I play killers whose best strategy is often to get away from the hook and then can quickly get back (Hag with hook trap and Spirit with her special ability). Some people really like dying light + a mori. If you are having trouble with decisive strike, stbfl with rancor can be a great combo.
I would agree that in general the Wraith’s perks are all pretty lackluster unless you are a beginner.0 -
STBFL is good. Can help shorten chases. Works great on M1 killers.
MYC is really good on certain killers, like Wraith, Nurse, Spirit etc people who can get back to the hook fast basically and are able to surprise survivors.0
