I actually agree.
This logic falls apart for most other killers, but Pennywise wouldn't fit in this game at all. He's basically on the same level as the Entity itself.

As a joke, I still think that Pennywise and The Entity, come from the same species, I mean, they came to earth for millions of years, they are world-eaters, It can also be linked to another species such as Jeepers Creepers that is also since millions of years and appears every 23 years, and Pennywise 27-30 years.

The clown in dbd has tonic abilities and pennywise has some sort of imaginary freddy alike dream demon ability . Just because clown got an outfit that looks close like pennywise doesnt mean they are alike in powers or whatever.
leatherface has the same exact ability as billy and look how that turns out lol
