Why does loading in a game as survivor at night takes too long?
Whenever i load into a survivor match at around 6PM it always takes me 12 minutes to load in. is that normal? If it is or isnt can they fix that?

It's normal for most people
Whatever the "root cause" is, ultimately at night there are way more survivors who want to play than there are killers. The only way to fix that is to get more killers to play at night.

Load in? Are we talking about sitting in the lobby, or an actual loading screen? Lobby waits are due to the far smaller killer pool available. Not enough players.

The older killer players have got fed up and left and the newer ones are getting matched with higher ranks and getting gen rushed and teabagged by survivors most matches as well as verbally abused in end game chat so they've given up before they've really started.
Now survivors have to wait forever for a match but honestly a lot of them can only blame themselves at this point. You can't make the other side miserable and then expect them to want to carry on playing.

Yeah, i hear it time and again in this forum. Killer is absolut OP and easy mode.
I guess its so easy noone wants to play it, as they all just search for a challenge.

Personally I don't play killer after 5pm, CST because I've noticed that when I do, my experience is markedly worse than at any other time. Every message I've gotten using a racist or homophobic slur, or advocating for my personal, real life demise has come from playing after 5. Every swf sweat team, hacker, or troll group I've encountered has been after 5. After a while, the pattern is too obvious to ignore, so I adapted accordingly.

Killers experience a higher volume of bullying, and disgusting post game slander in the evenings (and weekends). So many won’t play killer during those times, or switch to survivor which increases the queue times.

Survivor to killer ratio during prime time. I'm on east coast time and after about 7 pm survivor queues are just way to long. Killer wait times are usually near instant though

Survivor is obviously the more desirable role. There are more aesthetically pleasing outfits and costumes you can buy, which you can actually see due to third person. It's the easier and less stressful role, as you have less expectations placed on you and even if you mess up, the meta perks survivors have will simply carry you in most situations.
Killer? You have to deal with bad maps, infuriating unfair second-chance perks, have to play pretty optimally otherwise you lose 2-3 generators very quickly and there are more expectations placed on you. You're not a good killer unless you 4k. You're not a ''good'' killer unless you make it fun for the survivors. You're not a good killer if you play Spirit, Freddy or anyone else people do not like.
Don't get me wrong, survivors can have it bad as well, but I personally think the worst for killers, is still much more than the worst survivors have to deal with.

Because SWF tends to be more popular in the later hours when people are home from work and want to hop on a game to play with friends.

Because Killers are sick of your #########.

Usually the sweaty swf squads are out around that time and the only killers that are on are rank 13 and higher players or people with nothing else to do

not enough people play as killer especially on console.
