Killer Adept achievement = Merciless victory?
I'm getting the adept achievements for killers and sometimes I do get the "merciless killer" screen while using the 3 killer perks, however I do not get the achievement... I suppose it's because not all emblems were iridescent?
If that's the case, that's kinda bs... if the achievement is bound by the emblems, why the achievement descriptions says "In a public match, achieve a merciless victory with {killer} using only his/her 3 unique perks"?
Also... it's pretty unfair that the survivors just have to survive to get the adept achievement and killers have to do a "perfect game", survivors also got their own emblems...

It looks to be a bug they said they fixed where the game tells you the result different from what the emblems signify.

Been looking for someone else who's commented on this. I think I've figured out what it is. I just got the "merciless victory" message on demogorgon and... no Steam achievement. I submitted a support ticket but I doubt they'll do anything about it.
I looked through everything on the end screen and the ONLY thing I noticed that was off was the pips.You can get adept on 3 iridescents and 1 gold, I think you can even get it on 2 golds and 2 iri's in rare cases. Either way, it said I was just a few points from double-pipping. I just checked the official wiki and it says Merciless Victory is supposed to ALWAYS give you +2 pips. So I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they coded it to check if you double-pipped for the adept achievement, and not if you get the "merciless victory" text. That's, of course, stupid as s$!t and I hope they figure this out already cause I just wasted all that time for nothing.
