I honestly don't know anyone that is actually excited about the Trickster. I'm focused on the changes to the game, and the new survivor perks. Thats really about it. Trickster is nothin special to get excited about.

Nah, he was orginally going to be relased last week. It was delayed.
Honestly, idc for him. The art design team did an amazing job as usual, but idk who thought this power is ok. Release legion, but ranged instead of getting a speed boost, incredibly weak, but also lacking in the counterplay department. Frustrating for both sides. Not enthused.

What defines a killer to you? Cause to me it's someone who kills people, and Ji-woon did exactly that.

Its because he lacks any sort of mask. Out of them all, he's the most normal looking killer in the game. Put a mask on him and I'm sure people would shut up about him not belonging in DBD.

I feel somewhat excited. I get to Chuck 60 knives without a care in the world so I'm looking forward to that. The only thing that irks me is how it was delayed for a week and I'm hoping there was at least *some* tweaks during that extra week maybe take care of some bugs. However this killer does seem pretty fun to play. We just gotta wait one more day to see if anything happens.

Along with the fact that we could be getting a ALL-KILL neon city map since DBD twitter guy said they're not ruling out that possibility. Same could go for Blight and Twins too.

I'm super excited for Trickster and welcome him with open arms. I love the animations, the lore, the design, the power is fun (tho needs buffs), the sounds, the lobby atmosphere, and even the perks are interesting this time around.
Also it's cool he has riled up the homophobic and other toxic people. The amount of people trying to invalidate the character by calling him gay or a woman is hilariously pitiful. Imagine being actually upset cause one new character's body type isn't what you wanted.

they were referencing The Twins, and they weren't saying that they weren't killers. Just that killing people doesn't inherently make you menacing or scary, and therefore don't really fit in this game (or horror in general)

I know but it shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the lore, which is a crucial part of the game. Physical scary horror isn't the only form of horror, and 'ooh man covered in blood spoopy' can only be redone so many times.
