So i'm on ps4 and want the new dlc where is it shouldn't it be i don't know in the store or are they wanting use to buy auric cells just to get the characters

The DLC is showing in the PSN store for me, what area are you in?

I’m on Xbox and I had to reset my console for it to appear. Might be same for PS4?
