Trickster on console
I'm fighting the controls more on Trickster than I am the survivors. I had to turn down my sensitivity bcuz the recoil was messing up my aim so bad, but as a trade off quick turning is gone. His main event is ok tho
NVM the stun on main event is killing the fun for him. Unless it's a guaranteed down or something situational I don't bother using it.

Recoil and the spread is straight up awful.
I could have easily downed survivors with Huntress or Deathslinger by the time i get 1 injure as Trickster

Why does he even have such a strong recoil? It’s horrible to play

Same,going for normal hits seem way faster than trying to get those 8 knives.
Absolutely awful.
As i said,Huntress and Deathslinger are way easier to play than Trickster and much stronger too.It's absolutely stupid

So many people have tried to point out during and after the ptb that he’s essentially a 110% m1 killer. They were all told to “just wait and see how he is on launch”. He’s still a killer whose power is not terribly lethal and moves at 110%

I play both sides generously, killer and survivor. I tend to play more killer, I am a fan of the hunt.
I have used each killer extensively over 4years, also every DLC and here is a little insight on my experience playing the *Trickster*..
His main ability - throwing knives - well let’s talk about that for a while..
• There is unpredictable horizontal & vertical recoil, to echo what someone said above - you fight it more than the survivors.
• There is no true aim, and the knife throw grouping is so inaccurate, you can easily miss someone in front of you (trying to aim at them)
• Can we talk about the FPS drop when beginning to throw a knife ? Borderline makes him unplayable.
• Any LOS blocker, renders him useless.l and trust me there are a lot of them. Couple that with the decreased movement speed 95% while throwing knives & it you can say goodbye that chase... you would of won using your basic attack.
But don’t take my word for it, try him yourself . My assessment, 0/10, stay away or only purchase with shards.

Already played several matches with him.
It seem to be much easier to go for normal hits if the survivor isn't completely out in the open or at a low wall loop which is terrible for a 110% killer

I don't really find the controls on console to be that bad, but his power certainly needs work

first of all: trickster SUCKS on every platform, and I'll give 1 million paper dollars to whoever proves me wrong.
This being said, I think that the most efficient way to use his power at mid-long range is to throw one knife at a time, while at close quarters you can spam and the recoil is almost manageable on console.
...however, if you do everything right, chances are that survivors will just out position themselves after 3-4 successful knives, leaving themselves open to a basic attack. meh.

Same for me and if I can get more reliable injuries as Huntress that's BAD
