Shrine of secrets price gone up

This weeks shrines up and one of the perks is visionary. For some reason that’s at 2700 shards instead of 2000 like the others?
Has the price changed for certain perks before?

When a perk appears for the first time one the shrine of secrets the base cost is 2700 instead of 2000, any ones that cost 2000 are repeats of any other time they were in the shrine
