Trickster Audio

I know I've been seeing a lot of negative feedback about his playability, but I wanna talk about his audio here. It's scary as hell in a really good way. The music I'm pretty sure is a shepherds tone, which is a really cool effect that essentially makes the instruments sound like they're constantly rising. Hanz Zimmer used it in Dunkirk and it is incredibly spooky and suits him really well. Not to mention that you actually hear him talk and laugh, albeit I think the breathing on his shoulder is a little loud along with some other audio adjustments that should be made around him. I just wanna give some kudos to the composer and sound designers cause I think they really hit it out of the park with him :3

His heavy breathing masks survivor breathing completely, and muffles their footsteps, grunts of pain, etc... it really needs to be turned down.

Yes, I love the chase music too.

It's a shame that I find his approach a bit more harder to detect than other killers...

Over time, I'll get used to it though; but for now I can only tell he's nearby when I hear the heartbeat.

I have to admit his music is fantastic but he really does need to be toned down on the breathing and laughter. It was cute at first hearing him giggling like a madman but when he's constantly doing it in a chase it gets a little annoying. Pretty sure he didn't even do that in the PTB. They just need to keep it like it was from the PTB. Laugh every now and then and after hitting with knives or a M1.

Yeah, totally agree. The breathing caught me off guard when I first noticed it. I was looping myself for a little bit. Very embarrassing. The rest is great though!

I do like his chase theme as it actually sound like a chase music (blight should have the violin in the chase part aswell , billy just seems weird as it doesn't give a chase vibes, twin is incomplete as the chase part is like the final built up to the chase and clown sound find but it could be better)

The only problem I have with the audio is the footsteps and the giggle

Giggle I am fine with but I don't want to hear it all the time

The footsteps sound like a running survivor. I thought I survivor was near because of it

I hope they change the footsteps and his giggle so other I could hear the survivors of there near and not get confused by my own audio

Honestly I'm just triggered they took the best part out of his menu theme on the live version.

I love his audio, his snickers and voice help build the character alongside his animations. I do think they could tone down the frequency he does it though. On the PTB he mostly did it on hits, hooks, and a few random times. Now he seems to do laughs back to back to back. A good middle ground would be the preferred route. That's a small nitpick though.
