I mean lets not underestimate how bad survivors can be haha.
I just 4k'd against a red rank SWF as Trickster on Haddonfield. I only downed maybe like....one person with my power the entire game. Basically just playing Gunslinger without a gun.
Trickster is absolutely awful though, his counterplay is just holding down the bloody W key. I just played a game where I was never downed once and he chased me like 80% of the game, all I did is hold W I never even had to use a pallet.

Same,had a game where survivors just ran up to me to get downed by Starstruck.It happened so often in that match that i started to ask myself if they even get an Exposed notification 🤣

The only time I got a 3k or a 4k as Trickster was when the survivors basically hard threw the game and handed me the win.
Against actually good survivors? There's been games where I'm struggling to even get a single hook and if I'm lucky I'll get one or two more.
He's just so bad. He has no map control, no lethality, no snowball potential, no nothing. If you even get a survivor on the hook, you have to camp or tunnel for any chance to get a kill.

FWIW, I'm a comp player and my team regularly does 1v1 practice in KYF. We practiced chases with this killer tonight on Coal Tower. Chases lasted between 5-10 minutes against a killer with one year of comp experience. Trickster is absolutely horrendous.

I got 4K, 3K (hatch escape), and 2K with him so far. I feel like a god with how people say they can't even get a single hook. ;)
He is weak though and needs love. But I will say he can be overdone and become obnoxious if not careful, but even then I think he needs a couple solid buffs and a couple QOL changes. I got Showstopper as I downed someone near a hook. I hooked them and missed the window to use it... that quickly. :I
