Killer AFK/Second Account abuse?

So this has happened a couple times until today, but now, just today, three or four times, I've gotten a killer that is essentially afk, standing there auto swinging at thin air.

One of those times another survivor kept getting hit, backing out, and healing over and over and over the entire match; that survivor and the killer both got a huge amount of blood points that match.

The other times the killer was tucked in a corner. I'm assuming that, even though this is on a playstation, someone has two accounts and is botting (or taping down one of the triggers?) after moving it to the corner to get survives and escapes easier?

Regardless, though I'll admit I feel that the killer has an advantage, this isn't how I want to win. No feeling of accomplishment as a survivor winning this way at all.

Any idea whats up with this? Is this a new thing, or something old that I just stumbled on?

Thanks in advance!

Sometimes killers lose to purposely derank. Ranking can basically be a punishment in this game depending on how you play. The standing still and hitting this is them being nice. Not sure why playstation people talk about this more often though. How do you set your controller to do that? You can't on xbox. Its allowing you to get hit and heal if you want. Everyone can max out another category by taking those hits.

It can sometimes be a bit less fun when you reach a rank where ALL you play against is SWF who have a million hours and every perk and flashlight available to make getting any kills at all a pain in the ass.

I don't think it's a player with two accounts but rather some kind of bot. Or someone who just uses a turbo controller or something like that. Because whenever I am in a match with killers like that, at first no one knows what's up and doesn't dare to get near the killer.
If it would be always someone with a second account there would be always one right next to his side. Instead one time my friend and I had to demonstrate that the killer is harmless.
Also the frequency of the swings are too stable, no one would be able to keep this timing up for the whole 15 minutes. Even in the lobby, when the killer signs they are ready, it's a stable frequency of "ready" - "not ready" - "ready", etc.

Thats sounds like a bot to farm BP, was common in the old days of DBD but since they bann for it, it doesnt happen anymore (usually  )

When the killer is afk (not hitting), then its usually deranking

I have met this exact same thing 3 times on PS4. They took distressing for some reason too. I have to get the screen shots I took.

By any chance were you with a Kate on wreckers yard and this bot was a hag, or a Myers on Coal tower? If yes then I have seen you in those games

I had this happen several times on PlayStation recently. Three times in one day, and then a few spread out over the next week or so. I was wondering about it, too.
