    I haven't gotten to play yet, but this looks like it could be pretty strong on the new Wraith (especially if he is running the 12m perma aura reading add-on) even without supporting it with other perks. Zoom into an area, see a couple auras, down somebody and just take off in the general direction of whomever fled- with zoom zoom and the aura reading add-on you'll probably find them again even if scratch marks are gone.

    Played on Yamoka with trickster and got a down and hook on one side of main building, went to check a gen that had failed a skill check on the other side of the house and I was able to one hit down a Dwight working on that gen. It's not just for bodyblockers. Good perk indeed, meta perk? Not sure

    Like DS, it the perk was created so survs don't bodyblock, devs should disabled it if the killer do something, like go 5m from the hook, or hit a gen or something else :D

    the perk is really strong cuz it effectively kills bodyblocking & makes survivors hide in lockers and lose pressure. ive only seen people run it at tier 1 so obviously theyre not getting the most out of it

    it's going to get nerfed in 2 months when red rank SWF with OOO complain about it.


    meanwhile trickster won't get buffed until 5 years from now

    True. But a good killer is only getting pallet stunned if they're using Fury/Enduring.

    You're only now figuring it out that its an anti body blocking/hook swarming perk?

    Yes you can't instantly dive the carried person and trust me your teammates will be thankful that starstruck saved them from being farmed to death.

    My only take about this perk is that is terror radius based which can be changed /made bigger/ with some killers/addons/perks and then there are actual small maps and also 3 gen is a thing esp on maps like Azarovs. I thought the idea of this perk is to make the survivors reconsider taking hits and in general to stay away but with maps like Saloon that is really mission impossible. I just don't think that it should be radius based but just set range that is smaller from what is now with the only idea to punish survivors who dare to go for a save and with no cooldown. I just don't get it how survivors should get exposed just like that out of nowhere being miles away for a doc just because he picked up someone to hook him. Seems legid stupid. There are even perks that can make your terror radius bigger ...


    Also one personal problem I have with this perk and pallet stuns. When a killer pick up a surivivor on a pallet and he didn't see that there is someone else nearby he should be 100000% punished because he was careless. But as everyone who has played the game knows often killers are able to actually hit before u stun them which is ridiculous considering they were careless but still they abuse the fact u have a 60+ ping and with all the delay it is nearly impossible to time the pallet and imagine now that perk added ... My problem here is the tight timer on the stun even though the killer is under a pallet - that should be changed with that perk in play now !

    The wiki says it always adjusts its descriptions to make it clearer what the perk actually does.

    Wow they buffed a perk just to be nerfed, you know it's going to happen. I mean any perk that can actually do well against SWF's or SOLO'S is immediately nerfed cause you know, you can't have killers beating SWF's 😂. I mean how am I wrong...

    Oh got ya after I sent this I looked again and it does mention after a hook on the perk. The perk mentions while carrying a survivor and after hooking its weird. Just like his red add-on based on proximity but then next sentence says damage is reset after missing a shot so it's based on consecutive shots. Which is it? Or both? Should I be closer when hitting them with blades or farther away? Just garbage.

    Could be fun to make a big terror radius build with it.


    Starstruck, Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Iron Grasp to add more time before you have to go for the hook. And then just chase the surviors around while you carrier one, not really good, but sure sounds fun :D
