Hill-Billy.

First off, I just wanna say, who's idea was it to put a killer in that can not only travel the map in 5 seconds, but also insta-down people with no absolute repercussions whatsoever? Hill-Billy is a crutch killer, that's all I want to say. He takes no skill to play and he is broken because of that. You don't even have to aim the chainsaw, it's just a hold button and win situation, clearly just poor design. People are complaining about how he got "mega-nerfed" but that is clearly not the case here, he is just as unfun to play against as he was before, no changes there. They should've never went easy on Billy and his rework, he should've been atleast slowed down a bit or maybe even make Speed Limiter base-kit. Billy gives an unfair advantage to those who do not know how to play the game.
