Doctor has problems.

Doctor is singlehandedly the most broken killer in DBD as of now, not even Trapper or Trickster can contend. With his static blast, he can find survivors from almost anywhere with no counter. And madness? Yeesh talk about "balancing" Madness tier 3 gives you random screams and doesn't let you use anything, on top of that, it has difficult skill-checks which stop the survivors from trying to snap out of it. Yes, that's right, stopping the survivor from doing what they HAVE to do. Real smart, BHVR. Nerf doctor for the sake of my and everyone elses sanity.
