Is this perk good? I can't try it by my own but it seems pretty good

Its kinda fun but kinda inconsistant and awful at low tier. I tried putting it on so I could just turn my brain off at like shack or TL wall then I learned at tier 1 its more or less nothing they can loop on part of the TL and the other will be unblocked by the time they go back to it. It was really funny to seen survivors realise they ######### up and that they cant just vault back though.

  • Its not really worth it no

I used it a few times on Bubba, it was really strong when it stayed up for more than 30 seconds. Still had to bring bamboozle as a backup for when survivors spawned next to it though.

I use it with corrupt. The early game is one of your most vulnerable times as killer, and you want as much help as you can get. Don't expect it to stay up for long, but try to get as much use as you can out of it in the early game. I usually get around 1 or 2 hooks at 5 gens before it's cleansed, by its merits alone.

I only have it on trickster and on legion. On it's own crowd control sucks because it gets cleansed to soon (I've been trying it out 2 evenings in different builds). You need to build around it. I hate it with bamboozle since it feels like taking pop while you also have ruin.

I have good succes with pairing any hex with thrill of the hunt/thana/undying on legion but that means you need to actively pressure totems and gens. If thrill goes off you need to beeline towards the totem at once, thana ensures you have enough time. Crowd control does give you a lot of value in this build with legion since they are injured and then you shut the looping down. That being said crowd control is hit or miss and dedicating an entire build to make it work tells me it's to weak right now.

Do want to test it further on other killers, and am still trying it out with legion. Also I find trickster too slow to be able to defend a hex properly.

Why would you make your entire build around crowd control instead of devour or ruin? Makes no sense since those are way more powerful long term.

There’s only two killers who really really hate windows and that’s Bubba and Billy, both who can get good use out of even a short lived crowd control hex.

They vault the window, it’s blocked. They feed you the pallet or they go down. It just happens even faster than if you had bamboozle and can help a ton if there’s linked tiles.

I doubt it’s worth running on other killers beyond those two.

Crowd Control is good on Twins. Gives Charlotte AND Victor some help in chase.

The other chase perks (Enduring, Spirit Fury, Bamboozle) only help Charlotte

I switched over from testing it on Wraith to try out on bubba. I actually really like the perk while it lasts. you can put survivors in really tough situations especially if you pre-blocked any other nearby vaults with Bamboozle.

So far the funniest use I got out from it was as bubba on Léry’s. The game hadn’t been on long and they didn’t know I had hex: CC so when Quintin vaulted the window closest to where basement spawns in the doctors office area... well he was stuck between a vault he unwittingly blocked himself and big ol’ Bubba coming through the only door available to get out lol.

Yeah I’d say Bubba is probably the strongest crowd control user since he gets instant downs or pallets from it instead of basic attacks.

The super strong killers ignore looping so you don’t need it on them but Bubba is probably the strongest traditional killer who can be looped. Maybe you could argue curve Billy but idk he’s kinda dead to me since his nerf.

It does feel great watching LT walls, jungle gyms, and the shack get shut down automatically.

Definitely.. my cc totem lasted the entire game on Cowshed and it worked out quite nicely.

Oh and conspiracy theory time... I legitimately think Billy was put down in an attempt to increase both purchases and play time on licensed killers like Bubba.
