Can someone tell me the difference between these two outfit pieces?
Why are hillbilly's pants for his ice outfit set as rare when they are identical to his default outfit. This has to be a joke right?

None. This skin was ported from mobile and on mobile the set uses the default pants as part of the set. This is literally the default pants. There is no difference they ported over the default pants.

I mean, I understand it was ported from mobile and mobile uses the default pants blablabla, but cmon, making the buckle look like it was made of ice or adding a couple of icicles to the belt would have been enough..

Don't know why they wouldn't have done that. Don't make it a separate cosmetic piece if it's identical to another one.
