Great! Awesome! Im not colorblind but i know people who are. Apparently theres a problem with one though that makes scratchmarks way more visible. Dk if itll be abused but heres hoping not.

I haven't used them. but I did play LoL on colorblind mode. not because I am colorblind, but because it made things easier to see.

I have not heard this issue what's going on exactly? What are people supposedly doing? I'm curious as I've not heard about it all.

Besides aren't colorblind modes very existence gonna make it easier to see some things even if you aren't colorblind.

I think there was one that let you see scratch marks through like the weeds on yamamoka that would normally prevent scratch marks appearence. Besides that just making them easier to see in general.

As a colorblind person some maps are really difficult to see scratch marks to the point that we are at a significant disadvantage. I'm red weak colorblind, so the red is drained out of the color. So scratch marks aren't as bright. On maps like Ormond I do great on just because its red on white. But give me red dawg saloon and I'm completely blind. Normal people lose scratch marks on the grass on that map, I lose them almost every time.

Some non-colorblind people can adjust the settings to a brighter color. It could help new people, but most killers are accustomed to tracking even with the normal colors, so it won't give them an advantage over the survivors as the marks still last as long as they normally do.

They did change the aura colors, which I didn't have too much of an issue with, but I'm okay with it.

I haven't tried the settings yet since I gave up dbd for holy week, but am looking to trying them next weekend.

  • It was one of those things where you don’t realise what you’re missing until you have it.

I am colourblind and the amount of times I missed basement hooks aura was astounding. I thought it was just the game being a bit weird with auras but turns out it was me. I can now see them very quickly when I pick up a survivor so I know if basement is near or far.
