The temporary ban is flawed.
The temporary ban, this system is flawed and besides not knowing how to differentiate rage quit, with falling out of the game (either through the weak internet or the power outage) just by falling through the bad internet I will be temporarily banned for 24 hours, I don't quit for losing and this is unfair to those who have an unstable internet connection.

Whether you quit because you got pissed off and threw your game into the dumpster or your internet decided to disconnect doesn't really matter to the four people whose game you just completely screwed up
Sorry that your internet sucks but if you don't have stable internet for a multiplayer game, you shouldn't be playing multiplayer games

If your internet is bad and you are getting disconnected for it you are still ruining the game for 4 other people and deserve to be banned. Fix your internet or get banned.

My internet always goes down when 4 generators are removed I'm not the type that goes down when the match starts.

Its annoying when I get it for quitting a match where a player quit 10 seconds in or something. As killer, 3 mans are no fun at all. I'm not tryharding against 3 players as thats no fun for anyone, and I dislike farming. So I either go idle in a corner and play a game on my phone or make a drink, or just quit and try to find a new game. Oh 5 minute ban for not being an ######### nice.

I've never seen a game fail/die because players were being banned for breaking common-sense rules. Quite the opposite, in fact: I've seen a ton of games fail/die because there was little to no moderation.

A stable connection is needed, not necessarily a fast one. The same is true of every multiplayer game, and pretty much all of them have DC penalties.

I can't control when my Wi-Fi company has a outage of service ???? Soooo even.the best internet can still fail buddy

If its happening often enough to give you any ban longer than 15 mins might be time to switch ISP.

Is your internet failing so often that you're getting 24 hours worth of bans (which would require 6+ drops per day, or maybe it's more, I've never had more than four drops in one day and that was during a DBD Server Issue thing so everyone was dealing with it)?
Sometimes things happen, which is why it starts at only five minutes. But if your internet is so unstable that you are constantly dropping out in the middle of games, multiplayer games shouldn't be something you play until you get it situated. If you can't/won't get it situated than sorry, yeah, you shouldn't be playing DBD shrug

Longest ban I had was 9 minutes because we had a service outrage, then the WiFi was spotty for 30 minutes so 🤷 technology is a pain in general. However if my Wi-Fi acts up constantly for 10 minutes I call it a day cause it's irritating

It takes into account how many games recently you've disconnected from so if you're getting hit with a 24 hour, you're likely disconnecting way too much. Fix your internet connection, you shouldn't be playing any game in 2021 with an unstable connection. Not the game's fault your ISP is shittin the bed.
