PS4 - Killer control issues are back

they were gone for a while. But the matches are back where its not possible to move the killer well. It moves on its own and that makes matches very frustrating!
My joypad works perfectly. I have no problems with any other game.

Look how badly the cursor moves (my joypad works perfectly)
I'm doing a simple up-down and it changes direction by itself.
And so the killer moves badly!
If you can't get a game to work shut down the servers!
