Ghost Face's rate of stalk is twice as fast compared to The Shape when leaning, and his nimble size and crouching ability allows him to make more efficient expose downs through stealth tactics.

i only say this because he can crouch. a big tall man with a white face is easier to see then someone hiding in the shadows crouching

Ghostface has a higher skill ceiling but can achieve much more. By being able to mark survivors individually, he can generally operate with much more efficiency than Myers, who has to pile all of his stalks into one big exposed period, during which you'll only get like 2 downs. Plus, he has stealth on demand, and can stalk much more quickly, without any sort of stalk point cap.

his exposing is worse, ghostface can only get one person exposed, and that one person is exposed for limited time, michael can down anyone within a limit of 60 seconds, plus mega lunge, plus actual good add ons

It takes a long as hell time for Myers to expose everyone for effectively the same benefit of one instadown against good Survivors.

It's actually not even a question.
If you look up the numbers and the actually specifics between how the stalk works between Ghostface and Myers you'll see that Ghostface is undoubtedly an upgrade on his predecessor in nearly every way.
Save for the fact that he has a higher skill floor to use properly (but he also has the higher skill ceiling, so it's a fine trade)0 -

Ghostface's exposing is better, he only needs to get one person exposed (and Myers pretty much also only gets one person exposed at a time), Ghostface can indiviually 99 people and Myers has to waste his whole power just to instadown one person.
Giant lunge is traded off for the lack of a lunge in T1 and also isn't useful in general.
Everything else that you can argue is too nitpicky.

myers doesn't insta down just one person thats the main pillar as to why hes better, he exposes everyone for 60 seconds, everyone, so he just has to 99 it and find a group of 2 or more survivors to have already gained more value, and getting out of tier 1 is pretty easy as long as you dont go for lunges so thats irrelevant

If survivors are grouping up against the killer who instadowns for 60 seconds they're bad enough to where you could beat them without a power.
Ghostface isn't limited by a finite amound of stalk, gains power more quickly, has undetectable on demand, and is capable of 180'ing the game with some well-timed 99 stalks.
Myers is entirely predictable and the only value T3 has is the lunge if survivors split up instead of waiting around to get stabbed.
And how is T1 not a disadvantage? You have to waste time staring at people you could be chasing and pushing off gens. Sounds pretty bad to me.

first off, survivors arent gonn group while your t3, thats why you 99 it, and T1 lunge isin't a disadvantage since actual 1IQ myers mains arent gonna go for lunges in T1, and you kind of are getting pressure on gens because you have to patrol gens, find someone, and they usually get off the gen, otherwise they give you T2 which is even better.

Myers is better in every way. He will be trash if you use tier 3 to chase and hook one person every time.
However if you use infectious and start slugging people, you can make a lot of pressure at the start.
I usually do 4ks with just one tier 3 in the entire match (for those who thinks ranks matter, i always play in red ranks).

you might as well just use oni then, i honestly do not like slugging and find it unfun, on both sides, i personally want survivors to actually have a gg and not just say it, i hook one person at a time, well unless their asking for it cough toxic cough cough grouped together... otherwise im not looking for slugs

I also find unfun when i want to play nice and fair, to get laughed in my face by noob survivors, only because their main objective can be done by blind people as well. I dont like the idea of being nice doing a single hook everytime, and then say it was a really good match. Its all relative.

for me its also a term of bloodpoints, if you hook everyone three times instead of once you get more bloodpoints and are more likely to double pip
