Why is it so hard to get stunned or get a stun when encountering a pallet as survivor/killer now? Will this be looked into or not just wondering .

Pallets are bugged. They will get fixed, we just don't know when.

Its bugged, likely due to the addition of smash hit, where pallets now likely do some kind of check if the survivor throwing it has smash hit. The devs already confirmed on their twitter that it is being looked into.
