Why doc... why?
I just finished a game with a doc.
My mates and i were doing good all were alive and the doors were opened when the killer (doc) decided to go for the fix kill and facecamp. We ran to him tried to unhook without getting grabbed until the doc started spamming his power and NO ONE WAS ABLE TO UNHOOK. It always interupted us when we were about 80%. Then after the cooldown where you can't do anything after being shooled i went straight for the unhook but it was just impossible to save him and he died on the hook.
SO WHY CAN DOC SPAM HIS ABILITY LIKE THAT AND MAKE IT LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO UNHOOK?
I know some are gonna say: "UHHHH Just bring calm spirit EVERY GAME in case there is a facecamping doctor" but that's what they always say with every killer and unfortunately i don't have 20 Perk slots to counter every killer

It's possible. Just time it to be between the energy discharge. Easier if multiple survivors are trying as the others can stay out of the discharges area of effect.

This is little different than Bubba facecamping with his Chainsaw sweeps.
It's just a different flavor of facecamping.

go in for the save right after he shocks and you can get them

If you were all alive that means there were 3 of you trying to unhook. He couldn't shock you all at once unless you were just all standing together. If you stay several meters apart, he wouldn't been able to do it.

Never unhooked when he camping. It a secure kill if you don't properly timed in between the shocks.

Like others have said you need to time your unhook better or not have everybody crowd around the hook and let them all get shocked at the same time. If that's not enough maybe let someone get grabbed and then you'll have more than enough time to unhook since he has to go through the grab animation and the drop animation too.

If it makes you feel any better I had a match not too long ago against an impossible skill check doc that purposely sent us to the game map and we survived. I contacted the medical board in an attempt to have his license revoked for his unethical practice but they said there were no records of a physician named Herman Carter. Currently a full investigation has been launched regarding this incident.

I remember the old days when Doctor had Punishment and Treatment Mode.
Since there was no actual hit cooldown, a Doctor spamming M1 in Treatment Mode would get the grab, every time. I used to do this to win the hatch standoff when hatch grabs were a thing, or if I wanted to facecamp a toxic survivor for whatever reason. (It was WORSE than a facecamping bubba, even if you tapped M1 to try and fake the unhook, I'd still get the grab because I was mashing M1 like 10 times a second.)
