Chapter Concept: Paris Nights
I was actually planning on releasing this on April Fools a joke concept because funny mime, but I decided not to because I kinda like the idea of a mime killer.
New chaper: Paris Nights
NEw Killer: Scott Adams, The Mime
New survivor: audrey Lavigne
New maps: Entertainer's streets, Lavigne Suites
New realm: Literally Paris
Killer Movement speed: 115%
Killer Height: Average
Terror Radius: 25 meters
Killer Difficulty: Intermediate
Survivor difficulty: Hard
Realm offering: Scott's Passport
"A passport, used to get into France, and in turn, the hellhole known as the Entity's realm."
Killer primary power: pantomime
Pressing the primary action button will cycle through random tools that you can use. These tools will be pantomimed, so they'll be invisible. Pressing it a third time will cycle back to your base weapon.
Pantomimed Darts: You start with 3 darts. Pressing the active ability button while these are equipped will throw one foward. Hitting a survivor with it will damage them for one health state. You gain 1 dart every 6 seconds, capping at 3.
Pantomimed Rope: Equipping this will not let you attack with your basic weapon. Pressing the attack button with this equipped will launch it foward towards a survivor. If a survivor is hit by it they will suffer from the hindered status effect for 5 seconds. (7%) It has a cooldown of 3 seconds after use.
Crosshairs will appear on the middle of the screen for both of these tools.
Killer secondary power: Entertainer's Purpose
Pressing and holding the active ability button will cause you to blow a balloon. (3 seconds) After blowing a balloon, you will hold it in your hand, causing your movement speed to increase. (118%) You can press the active ability again to leave the balloon floating at your location. Is a survivor goes within 5 meters of a balloon, it will pop and make them scream, causing a loud noise notification to alert you to their location. This will also give them the hindered status effect for 10 seconds. (13%) Hooks will now have balloons tied to them. Hooking a survivor causes the balloons to pop, nothing else.
killer perks:
C'est La Vie
That's life.
- When a survivor heals another survivor, the healed survivor is exposed for 20/30/35 seconds
- You see the aura of exposed survivors for 4 seconds every 5 seconds
"..." -Scott Adams
Eternal Silence
Your voice was snuffed out, so you'll snuff out others as well.
- After downing a survivor you get the undetectable status effect for 20/30/40 seconds
- The downed survivor shows no aura, and cannot recover beyond 50%
- If they are picked up, they leave no scratch marks or bloodpools for 30/35/40 seconds
- After they get picked up, they have no voice for 25/30/35 seconds
"He says nothing but we can only imagine what goes through his mind." -Lost Tape
No Merci
- Hooking a survivor will give all survivors the exposed status effect for 30/35/40 seconds

"Hi. I'm Scott, Scott Adams." -Scott Adams
Survivor Perks:
Out of sight
Staying out of sight is your ticket out of here.
- While crouching in the killer's terror radius, you begin to charge up Out Of Sight.
- Crouching in the terror radius for 40/35/30 seconds will fully charge Out Of Sight.
- The next time you are hit, negate the health state loss and still gain the speed boost
- If you get into a chase without fully charging up Out Of Sight, you lose all progress on it.

- Any perk that lets you see the killers aura is cancelled out by this perk
"The hell is this chick doing?" -All killers, probably
Backstories:
The Mime
Scott Adams had a good life in Canada. But he felt something was missing, something meant for him. He wanted to be an entertainer, to make others happy even if it meant he himself was unhappy. He went to Paris to try and find a good place to settle down. He liked his life so far, but unfortunately, fate didn't agree with this. While staying over at the Lavigne Suites, a fire started in it, burning everything and everyone inside of it. Well, almost everyone. Scott survived, at the cost of something very important to him. He could no longer speak, he tried and tried but to no prevail, his voice was gone. Gone forever. He had to spend the rest of his life as a mime, but just as he wanted, he made people happy at the expense of his own happiness. He got what he wanted, everything was fine now. But, he felt as if he should've been doing something else in life, he could've been famous, but he was stuck here now. Until someone, or, something spoke to him, it was in his head, it was saying something about an "Opportunity" of a lifetime. As hesitant as he was to agree the offer, it said something that he couldn't resist, "Entertainment". Nobody saw Scott again, did he move? Did he die? Nobody knew, because nobody had spoken to him. All he ever wanted to do is to make people happy, and he is. He's making one person, or thing, happy.
Audrey Lavigne
At a young age Audrey had always been fascinated with magic. She had always wanted to learn about it, and maybe even do it herself. However, her parents did not agree with her likes. They said that magic wasn't real, always trying to get Audrey away from this interest, but she never did. When she grew up, she took over the Lavigne Suites for her parents. She made a magic club in the basement, where she could put on shows for the people staying there. One night a trick went wrong, resulting in a burst of flames, burning down the hotel and most people in it. As the flames consumed her, she blacked out. When she woke up, she found herself on the streets, surprisingly it was empty. She tried looking around for anyone, but found nobody. She went a generator that seemed to be in the middle of the road, and she sat there, waiting for anyone or anything to come. What came for her, wasn't what she was expecting.
Other stuff idk:

I like the idea of the power being how it is although the perks have too many abilities for just one perk either cut it to 1 or 2.
3 different things happening in a single perk is rather too much no?
Also the killer perks have weird drawbacks and considering they are killer perks they should help you not hurt you.
Seems like an excuse considering the perks themself have slightly op abilities and the drawback was just slaped there so its not considered OP.
Nothing against the drawbacks that hard rather just the fact one single perk does 3 different things which is unusual.🤡

Hey man thanks for tagging me to your concept again! I enjoy reading these and might even have a crack at doing my own some day.
Tried giving my thoughts on this but it's alittle late here and I can't process well, might have to do it tomorrow. But thanks again! If you make anymore concepts I'd like to see them, imo sometimes the community comes up with better ideas then the devs
Ps: Plz don't ban me DBD gods:(

I love these perks because for both sides they're rather OP which is really... different... considering how BE designs their own perks.
Shame that a "mime" killer would probably just become a skin for the clown instead of it's own killer...

This sounds interesting, the problem is that the Twins are French
0 -
I could see it being a skin for Trickster too, might make me wanna play trickster tbh
0 -
well, to be fair, do we even remember half the time that they're french?
0 -
nope, but making another killer of the same ethnicity would probably come off as bland. I think it would be cool if we had killers and survivors from around the world. Like imagine a native american woman with an australian killer.

I would like to make a suggestion for the Terror Radius music:
