Running Glitch After New Update - PS4

I’ve noticed since the new update came out, that my characters either slows down while running or starts walking while I run, which leads to me constantly getting downed in chases. It’s not my controller as I’ve tried and changed the run button from L2 to a lot of others. I’m also not having latency issues or anything like that. Is there anyway to fix this or is it just something I’ve got to deal with? I also tried deleting and reinstalling the game and it’s still bugged. It’s every game I play too, not just every now and again.
