Console (XBOX Series S) - PC, Spirit not speed burst right after she comes out of her power

Dear developers,
It seems that the spirit doesn't get her speed boost right after she comes out of her phase walk.
Please check this and correct it,

Actually, I think she does get the speed burst. What happens is she's not doing the proper animation and is giving the illusion of being slowed down.

I tried her green and purple add-ons to increase the reappearance speed and duration but they made no difference..
