So, in Resting Place and Suffocation Pit...
...What reason does one have to leave a side of the map while playing killer, given that there's most likely a three gen on it? Heck, I've seen four gens on one side of the map when playing these two maps, and seeing that the gens are away from the middle, which is the area with the most obstacles and line of sight breakers in both maps, it's impressively easy to patrol as long as the killer has mediocre mobility.
What can survivors do when a killer is aware of this and deliberately ignores an entire section of the map? If they try to pressure the gens the killer is protecting they'll get chased and waste resources on that side of the map (therefore making it even stronger for the killer), and the killer can drop chase whenever they want to go back into protecting gens if the survivor tries to take them away from the three/four gen.
I recently lost against an amazingly experienced Hillbilly who taught me this. I was solo queueing and realize four people can split on two gens at the same time in order to pressure the gens and this makes the game very winnable but this requires coordination. My team in that specific match was honestly a mess: We were all rank 1/2, people were looking for gens on a side of the map in which they had all been completed already, opening chests, trying to call for the killer's attention and trying to do gens at the same time. Is there any way a solo queue team can win against a killer who employs this strategy?
TL/DR: These two maps always provide the killer with an easy 3 gen and I want to know if there's any way solo queuers can win against a killer who ignores the other gens and "camps" the 3 gen.

It depends on if your team mates are willing to play safely and focus on the gens. Flip of a coin as always.
Occasionally maps can provide bit too hard of a 3 gen tho but they are very rare.
For example crotus prenn has a generator spawn upstairs, at the green room, and next to the green room making the effective time to patrol all 3 gens less than 10 seconds.
I hope it was a bug as ive only seen it once.

Your teammates need to be smart and do all other gens first. The killer cant stop 4 survivor, even with a 3 gen. But solo que is pure luck.

If you have 4 Survivors bombing your side and none of them were hooked they'll likely getting that final gen if they spread and lead you away from them.
You always to at least try getting hooks or a death then 3 genning becomes more dangerous.

There is no reason to leave as killer. You play those maps defensively and it can make it very hard to win for survivors without proper coordination and it isn't limited to just those maps either. Any map with a 3 gen will require the same strat most of the time.
You got to hope your team is smart and runs to the other side while getting chased so you can do chip damage to the gens and vice versa. If they loop around the gens or go down then it's gg and you probably lose.

Almost no killer has reason or even the ability to leave one side, barring maybe Billy and Demo. Maybe if you have Corrupt all on one side and you lose a gen on the other one early.
It's just the geometry of these maps. If you start walking back and forth you're gonna lose all gens.
On Azarov especially, 4 gens on one side happen almost in half the game since the rework. Even less of a reason to leave.

I've seen five on one side and 1 survivor juggling them all. There is no reason to leave there also is no reason for survivors to leave 2 gen lala land. What you have is a stalemate friend. It will get boring.

In solo Q you either have to pray or just make sure not to do gens close to eachother Like do every 2nd gen .

Azeroth's Resting Place is probably the bigger offender of the 2, but the two areas are big enough for the survivors to crack the 3 gen if they're smart and actually are agressive enough. Problem is, most pubbies aren't aggressive enough. I find that the best way to deal with that map is to pound out a gen each side as early as possible if you can.
Sufficaiton Pit isn't so bad given one side has a landmark that mostly favors the survivors and the other side has easy access to a line of maze tiles. Frankly, I find it considerably harder to defend a 3 gen on that map.
