keys in chest increased?
what's going on with keys in chests?
lost over 5 games due to survivors escaping through keys and they found the keys in chests.
I thought key escapes were "rare" or so reddit tells me

Oh I've noticed that too, especially when I had two key escapes in the same match but none of them had Plunderers. I've been finding them a lot as survivor, as well as ranger medkits and green toolboxes

It's a known bug. Chests are key dispensers at the moment.

I noticed this to, been getting loads of keys from chests and seeing survivors get them in my killer games to. I was wondering if something was up!

It's so tiresome, you spend the entire game hooking people over and over for mori or 3rd hook only for a hatch to appear when there is 1/2 gens done and all of them escape.
They will probably not do anything about it. I also noticed plenty of time as a survivor someone brings a key, says on chat that they are using the blueprint for the hatch on the killer shack and they all coordinate to escape early.

but they have to find the hatch and they bought a key that means they deserve a free win according to survivor mains!
it's way too easy to find hatch and escape.

yet killers camp tunnel and bring moris to get easy wins especially with stealth and insta down killers..... making hatch spawn faster then complain when survivor/s escapes go figure

I don't know but I've had over 5 games lost because of keys now and they didn't bring a key with them in the trial

I was getting keys in chests nearly every game yesterday, and the day before. Something's defintely changed

who Xzan yea he is biased meanwhile me as a killermain keys dont bother me since survivors need to do alot just to get hatch to spawn moris are just boring and end game way to quick hence y i wish there is a trade shop in game so i can get rid of all my moris

chests are bugged and keys are found in chests almost every game
hatch escapes are super common now

They can break the game to make it give out rare items like keys non stop.....but they had to permanently handicap the hoarder perk because "messing with loot tables is too hard" so they just deleted that part of the perk and left it at that.
BHVR is one of a kind lol.

I noticed it too. Is it really a bug as some of you mentioned in this thread? It doesn't really bother me usually. But I had at least 5 games yesterday where 1 or 2 survivors escaped with keys they found in chests. I just thought I got extremely unlucky.
