I want to return the money or how bhvr deceive people
Hello. Due to the latest news about Freddie's nerf, I see no reason to endure this deception. For my own money, I buy DLS focusing on the content presented in the description and screenshots, and now it is becoming a non-playable killer at the level of the recent DLS. You can tell the legal address of the company in order to send them an application in this regard, since there is no direct connection with them, except for this forum. Thx for watching

In DBD's EULA, basically the legal mumbo jumbo you agree to when playing DBD, which you can find here:
There's this section:
I'd like to point you to this section:
The Game may, from time to time, feature virtual goods. Virtual goods include but are not limited to virtual items (characters, accessories, items such as “character customization”, power-ups), points, credits, tokens and currency (collectively, “Virtual Goods”) for use in the Game.
And also this section:
Virtual Goods have no monetary value, and in no event may you sell, transfer, trade, exchange, give, convert or redeem Virtual Goods for “real” money or other goods or services, including other Virtual Goods, inside or outside the Game except as expressly permitted by this EULA, the BHVR Terms or otherwise permitted in the gameplay.
In lay-man's terms, this means that you cannot get refunded for "characters, accessories, items such as “character customization”, power-ups". The Nightmare is a character, and so no refund can be given.
There's also this section:
BHVR has the absolute right to regulate, discontinue, update, modify or eliminate any Virtual Goods at any time in its sole discretion and BHVR shall have no liability to you or anyone else for these actions.
Which means that they are allowed to change whatever they want with their Virtual Goods (characters, accessories, items such as “character customization”, power-ups) and will not be liable to anyone. You cannot get a refund for this change.
Were you to attempt to make a case out of this, you would fail almost immidiately due to these rules, which you agreed to upon opening Dead By Daylight.
Have a good day.

You agreed to the terms of the contract which states they can change any perk, character, add on or item whenever they see fit.

This sandwich doesn't taste good anymore. Yes, I ate it all but I want my money back.
That's how OP sounds.

The current Freddy isn't the Freddy that was advertised when his DLC first came out, current Freddy is reworked Freddy.

Yeah that's not how this works. Always some genius that comes in saying that "I paid money so you can't nerf my stuff". Yeah...no
