they're right there dude.

his changes are on the ptb they were just in an earlier post and not included in the main ptb list, trickster changes were announced around 5 days when 4.6.0 came out but it was a bit of a workload to get all that ready for next tuesday, so they pushed back the workload to the 13th which was the same day they planned the 4.7.0 ptb and put the changes on there

Trickster buff will release tomorrow (wed) btw but the other ptb stuff will not.
